Before you choose your cover, please make sure you check the dimensions of your changing mat so the cover will fit tightly to the pillow. This cover fits perfectly to Koeka’s "Time to Change” changing mat. You put the cover on the changing mat just like you put a fitted sheet on a matrass. Pull it around your changing mat and the cover will pull itself tight because of elastic used in the fringe.
